Branding is a holistic concept that expresses an entities reason for existence, not only to the audience but also to employees, shareholders and partners. We create visual and verbal indicators to give your products/services an impactful identity and a healthy language metaphor.
We simply start by listening to you.
No strings attached. We welcome all new clients for a free initial meeting and listen to their story. Usually it takes an hour over a cup of tea or coffee. Then we decide whether or not we can help them deliver their message. If we are positive, we ask for a week to submit an initial report regarding the concept. If both parties agree on the idea, we start walking the road together.
Then we will listen to your target audience.
Semiotics is a two-way game. For a healthy indicator to emerge, what you are willing to say must align with the expectations of those most likely to listen to you. We call this stage a cultural discovery. We research your target audience and try to understand their habits and tastes. To effectively build your brand, we need to conduct surveys and make sense of the data.

And we will start building your brand.
After we understand your business objectives and observe your audience, we start to align the strategy with the goals. That’s where the magic starts. We will present you with archetypes, names, symbols and the story behind them. Rest assured, we will not stop until you are truly satistfied. It usually takes 2 presentations to hear you say “that’s it.”
Then we will start preparing your brand guideline, a phase you should be patient, because it will literally be the holy scripture of your brand for years. It’s a set of clearly defined rules and standards that communicate how your brand should be represented to the world.
Finally things will start coming to shape.
We will start implementing your rules and standards to each and every tool reaching out to the world. Including your stationary and digital assets. We will complete our business here, usually around one and a half month. At the end of this phase, you will be ready to communicate with the world. And that requires a strategy as well.
